I recently worked with Mark Sheridan to buy a car, and also to clean up my leased car before returning it to the dealership. I have only good things to say about Mark. He was helpful, accommodating, honest, and knew what he was talking about with every question I had. He got me a great deal on exactly the car I wanted, and he cleaned it up and delivered it to me looking like a brand new car. He continued to answer my questions once I had it, helping me figure out things about the car that were new to me, and he continues still to be helpful to me when questions arise.
I have passed Mark's name along to friends who are looking for used cars to buy, and to sell, and will continue to recommend him to people I know. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty several times during my experience with him, and I would gladly work with him again when buying a car.

I got a phone call from my realtor while in the middle of purchasing a car from a dealership. Ihear you are looking for a new car he said, you have to call my car broker, He is the best. I was literally 2 minutes from signing the papers at the dealership when I walked out. I never felt comfortable nor enjoyed my car buying experiences at dealerships so I was definitely willing to try Mark. If you need to purchase a used vehicle I can recommend Mr. Mark Sheridan of Diversified Auto Corp, Golden Valley, MN,we have purchased several vehicles from him. He is a private dealer ( he gives a 30 day power train warranty on vehicles that are out of factory warranty and takes care of title and all the paperwork) and gets certified vehicles (mostly lease returns) that have never been hit and are clean & reliable. He services them before delivery. He charges $500 flat fee over the cost of the vehicle after it has been thoroughly serviced and detailed as necessary. He will go out and find you what you want. We have bought two cars in the last two years from him and have sent several of our friends to him. Mark exceeds the expectations of the customer.

I would, without any hesitation, recommend Mark Sheridan to anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle. Mark offers the customer service, honesty and integrity that Dayton's used to strive for and that, to this day, Nordstrom's uses as their trademark. Just when we thought that customer service was dead. Call Mark and see what it's like to deal with someone who goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied for thousands and thousands of miles!

While shopping for a replacement van in frigid temps, I stopped at 2 Chrysler dealers on the east side of the Twin Cities. One dealer couldn't find the keys, the other said it was too cold and why didn't I look on the web at the choice of vehicles they had to offer and come back later. We went to Golden Valley where Mark had the van's running and warmed up, The whole process was over in 45 minutes. Later the van was delivered to our place of business as promised. Mark Sheridan is one of the most honest and reputable sales people that I have encountered.  We have purchased two vans from Mark in the last 5 years.  Mark makes certain that he knows what you want and that what he is purchasing is an "excellent purchase".  After the purchase, his crew inspects the vehicle.  If they feel that the vehicle is less than excellent, his crew will make it excellent.  Mark is well versed in a variety of vehicle "makes".  On several occasions, when I thought that I wanted a third vehicle to save money or because I was having a problem with the vehicle, he convinced me out of the sale.  He helped me to realize that even though I thought by buying another vehicle it would save me money, that I would actually be wasting money by doing so.  He has made accurate recommendations in seeking out our local mechanic to deal with what I thought was a major problem.  You just don't find many people like that (convincing the customer that they would be better off not purchasing their product).  To me that says a bundle about Mark.   I have so much confidence in Mark, that as an avid Oldsmobile fan, I switched to a Chrysler product.  My husband and I have been GM fans for 24 years.  Knowing that we travel a lot and that we wanted a van again, Mark suggested that we try a Chrysler van.  Reluctantly, we purchased a Chrysler van and I am so happy with it.  It runs like a charm.  With all of this, what is even more remarkable is that Mark only makes $500.00 off each vehicle that he sells.  You cannot go wrong by purchasing a vehicle from Mark.  He makes it his personal business to make it right for each customer.  Each purchase is like purchasing a vehicle for himself.  He goes out of his way to help his customers and to make certain that their purchase was a satisfying choice to meet their needs.  Purchasing from Mark is most definitely, without a doubt the right choice.

Have you ever been told that if it is "To good to be true" don't believe it?  Well I can tell you that in the case with Mark Sheridan and Diversified Auto Corp. that is the last thing that I would say.  I am an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Fargo North HS in Fargo, ND.  My wife recently was in an accident over the Christmas holiday break.  As I was searching the internet for a possible replacement vehicle, I notice that as I organized the vehicles according to price and mileage, there was 1 vehicle that kept sticking out as I thought to my self, "Is this too good to be true?".  After a couple of phone calls with Mark, a couple of emails, and finally meeting him to test drive the vehicle, I became a FIRM believer that Mark was 100% all about my best interest as a consumer.  It was nice to have that feeling again that there are people out in this world who really care.  Please consider this my highest possible recommendation if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Mark and what his company stand for and believe in.

Mark, thank you for such a nice vehicle!!!! We bought a 2006 Chrysler 300, and it looks brand new!!!!  It is so solid and beautiful inside and out. The transaction was so easy and Mark was so nice to us.
