How to Order

The process works as follows. Contact us by phone or e mail, tell us what you want. We will quote a price for that vehicle, discuss availability and suitability in some cases where the buyer is unsure whether it will meet their needs. Then on the afternoon prior to auction day, we walk through the vehicles available and make our picks. Then that night we would contact our customers and relate details of what we looked at that afternoon, where we think the market is for pricing purposes.
The customer then picks one or two likely contenders and we go to work.

When we purchase the vehicle, it's purchased at the price that allows us to pass it on at the agreed figure. We will never come back with the perfect truck or car above our quoted agreed figure. Either we get it where we can meet the quote or we wait for the next one. It will then undergo the service and inspection process. If it needs new tire's we put them on. Likewise if the brake linings are below 35% lining remaining they are replaced. We do this because the last thing we want is our customers having to spend money on a car they just bought. It cost's us a lot less to do the work before it goes out than our customers can get it done for, so why not do it?

When the vehicle is ready to go we will generally deliver to your home or office and do all the paperwork there. The State of Minnesota requires that we handle the sales tax collection and the titling for our customers. We work with banks and credit unions handling the lien holder information on the title for them. We will fax purchase agreements to your lender so that they know what company is providing your next vehicle.
